What is a VRATA?

We often get asked, “What is a Vrata”? Well in addition to being a highly trained and talented team of fun loving hair stylists and creative individuals in Regina Saskatchewan, it is also a ritual, it is defined in Sanskrit and many indo-european languages as a vow of devotion. Buddists shave their heads and offer their hair to higher power as a cleansing  Vrata ritual. As performing Vratas are supposed to bring the divine grace and blessing which allows one to accomplish their dreams.

Chandelle Hay created Vrata Hair Design in 2007, for the guest who is looking for the ultimate experience in hair care and for fellow stylists of Regina who are passionate about our craft. Understanding, as a stylist how crucial it is to have a supportive atmosphere to create in we are constantly growing and learning together at a family. Creativity and inspiration flow for stylists here and we are constantly evolving which leaves our clients with hair they love.
